2. Eligibility Restrictions
a. The contest is open to adults (18 years or older). Employees of WRLT, its contest sponsors, volunteer staff members managing the contest, and the members of their households are NOT ineligible to participate in the contest or win.
b. Persons that have won a prize in the 30 days previous to submission for entry to “Grass is Greener” are not eligible to win and those entries will be disqualified.
c. One entry per person.
d. Entries that exceed time limitations or omit information requested under “How to Enter the Contest” will be disqualified.
e. The photo must be comprised only of original elements created by the entrant and may not contain elements which are/have been created, copyrighted, trademarked or patented by 3rd parties or/which are owned or subject to proprietary or licensing rights of entrants personality and in entrants individual capacity.
3. The Prize:
a. The Prize will include a one yard repair.
b. The Prize has a total estimated retail value of $2000.
c. The passes are valid only on the date printed on each pass/ticket. Lost, stolen or damaged passes/tickets will not be replaced. All costs and expenses not specifically listed in the above prize description are the responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to transportation, accommodations, meals and souvenirs. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prize permitted, except by Sponsor.
d. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
e. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Winner is responsible for all fees and expenses associated with the acceptance, use and/or misuse of the prize not expressly included in the prize description. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
f. The prize may be picked up at the Marketing/Promotions Department office of WRLT, 1310 Clinton Street, Suite 200 Nashville, TN during regular business hours. The prize may also be shipped by WRLT upon the winner's provision of certification of eligibility and an executed prize receipt and publicity release.
4. Selection of Winner:
a. Winner will be determined by Poplar Springs, LLC and All Seasons Gardening and Brewery Supply Company. The submission which has the most WRLT VIP Member votes cast on-line at www.Lightning100.com
a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner.
b. By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to have his or her name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. The winner must also sign a prize receipt and certify compliance with all eligibility requirements prior to release of the prize.
c. WRLT, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the WRLT Web Site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules.
6. Right to Make Changes
WRLT reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest. There is no substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash equivalent for prizes.
7. No Purchase Required
No purchase or donation is necessary.
WRLT is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize, or cancellation of the Bonnaroo Music Festival.
